Tractor Trailer Fire/ I 84

Around 19:00 Hrs we were dispatched along with automatic response from Greenville FD for a tractor-trailer fire on 84. Units arrived on scene of the fully involved cab and partial trailer. The driver was not injured. Both departments extinguished the fire and returned to service about an hour later.

Units on scene: 52C3, E-814, TA-813, R-811, and FP-819. Greenville C2, and E-703. We also had Port Jervis E-825 and C3 at a fill site and Sparrowbush E-844 and C1, 2 on standby in our quarters.

At 1626 hours, we were dispatched along with automatic response from Greenville Fire to an MVA on I-84. Units arrived on scene to find a multi-vehicle accident including a tractor-trailer off of the roadway.

At 15:25 under automatic response we were dispatched to an MVA in Cuddebackville, Cuddebackville Car 2 arrived on the scene and canceled all units as it was property damage only. At 16:33 we were dispatched to I-84 for a smoke investigation.

At 1618 hours we were dispatched to an MVA rollover. Units arrived on scene to find 1 vehicle rolled over with 1 patient who self-extricated and 1 patient entrapped in the vehicle. Huguenot and Cuddebackville units extricated the patient.

At 16:45 we were dispatched mutual aid to Sparrowbush FD for an Engine to set up a landing zone. Sparrowbush was operating at a serious motorcycle accident. Engine 814 and Car 3 responded and handled the landing zone.

Motor Vehicle Accident: Rollover

At 22:49 Hrs we were dispatched to an MVA Rollover with possible entrapment on Neversink Drive. Upon arrival all occupants were out of the vehicle. Rescue 811 arrived and assisted with lighting the scene and clearing the road of debris.
